PHUKET PROPERTY INVESTMENT IVR TERMS AND CONDITONS

The Castlewood Group Phuket property investment IVR is inclusive of flights, accommodation and transportation for 2 people. For any additional members travelling Castlewood can arrange travel however costs incurred will be directly charged to the client. For additional members the cost of flights, accommodation transportation and any other expenses will be charged in full to you based on supplier’s standard rates. Travel must be confirmed within 48hours of receiving potential travel dates from Castlewood and travel must be taken within 14days of the reservation.

Accommodation will be selected and arranged by Castlewood group which will include breakfast. Any additional meals and any additional hotel expenses will be payable by the client at their own cost. During the Phuket real estate investment tour, Castlewood’s representatives will take clients to approved locations for meals and drinks and will be capped at SGD$80 per person per day any additional cost will be payable by the client.

Castlewood Group will make all Phuket property investment tour arrangements based on clients confirmed dates. Once dates have been confirmed the booking is non refundable. Should the client be unable to proceed with the IVR, the client will be liable for the full cost of the trip. Any additional charges due to changes in travel will be payable by the client. If correct travel details are provided by Castlewood to the client and the client fails to meet these then the full cost will be payable by the client.

Clients who pay a deposit and undertake the IVR who proceed to make a purchase of the Castlewood Group Phuket real estate investment investment will have the cost of the trip absorbed by Castlewood Group. Should the client not proceed with the purchase of a Castlewood Investment product the full cost of the trip will be deemed payable by the client and funds will be taken from the IVR reservation fee. The purchase of a Castlewood Group Phuket property Investment product must be made within 3 days from the return of an IVR. Should the client not make a purchase the agreement will be deemed a non sale and deposit less IVR expenses will be returned to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange and cover costs any required visas for travel. Travel insurance will also be the responsibility of the client. Castlewood group cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to goods or person at any stage of the IVR.
